Main Objective
To enable participants to design and implement integrated corporate governance frameworks in line with international models and standards, ensuring effective compliance, institutional sustainability, and trust-building with stakeholders.
Specific Objectives
By the end of the training program, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the concept of corporate governance, its dimensions, and historical evolution.
  • Differentiate between governance models in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
  • Apply the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) model and the COSO framework.
  • Analyze gaps between local practices and international governance standards.
  • Develop effective governance structures including boards of directors and committees.
  • Draft internal policies and regulations that support compliance and transparency.
  • Design integrated internal control systems and enterprise risk management frameworks.
  • Build a hybrid governance model combining the five leading global models.
  • Lead organizational transformation and change management within governance contexts.
  • Measure the impact of governance on institutional performance using precise indicators.

  • Case Studies: Analysis of local and international organizations’ success or failure in governance practices.
  • Interactive Training: Discussions and workshops to exchange experiences and design practical governance frameworks.
  • Applied Projects: Each participant develops a governance project tailored to their organization.
  • Problem-Solving: Tackling scenarios such as conflicts of interest or weak oversight.
  • Simulation: Role-playing board meetings and audit committee sessions.
